![]() | As most modern companies, we've decided to replace email support with a ticket system. Once you registered at support.reFX.com you will be able to submit and track your tickets without using email. The reasons why we choose a ticket system are manifold. One is the obscene amount of spam we receive, another is that sometimes a customer isn't reachable via email (wrong email address, mail-server is rejecting mails from us as spam, webmail quota reached etc.) and then writes more emails getting angry at us, and we have no way of reaching him. So in case you submit a ticket and don't receive an email from the ticket-system within 24 hours (72 during the weekend), log into the ticket-system and check for replies manually. |
