With it's ease of use, Nexus² integrated perfectly in my existing setup. You got all essential sounds together (like in the good old rompler days) and you can edit and access the sounds quickly. Especially for creative brainstorming and melody finding, its a genius tool! You can integrate many sounds into your productions "as they are", since they already fit in the mix very well. The outstanding and flexible arpeggiator is the cherry on the top...

NEXUS is truly MIND BLOWING. I have never heard sounds like these before. Not only the quality of the sound, but also the quality level and attention to detail with how easy it is to use the product and truly in less then minutes you can create your very own sounds and presets. I mostly started composing for Feature Film production as well as composing electro and trance . . and now with NEXUS offering more expansions I'll have everything I need in one software. I have produced clubmusic since 1991, where we used Ataris with 1MB RAM. I never thought virtual Instruments could substitute "Real" synths. With the release of reFx´s Vanguard i changed my mind, I always found that you cant top it, especially in any kind of Dancemusic.

You are going to install this synth and get using these sounds in your tracks straight away, and very little additional processing is necessary. It's also great to find a built in reverb that is so smooth and rivals good quality hardware reverbs. In a digital sample-based synth, the raw currency is good quality samples. Rather than see how many gigs they could fill with average samples, it feels like a proper RD team has put the kind of energy into the plugin that a big hardware synth manufacturer would have in the past. Something I feel that's been missing from the virtual synth world.

NEXUS is THE highly tweakable "preset machine" I've been waiting for...I love software with total recall and the sounds of Nexus are easily on par with the hardware I have. I'll be definitely using Nexus in my future productions, just going thru a fraction of the basic presets I already found several sounds that I bookmarked and with the expansions there seems to be very few limits to this thing.

I used NEXUS on my track "I Found U" for the piano sound, and I really like the simplicity of NEXUS, it's easy to find the sound you want and then, with the filters, it's easy to get it to sound exactly how you like.

The design of Nexus is very clear and transparent. FX, sounds (incl. expansions), filter etc... are just awesome.Since the purchase I have used it in every production... I can not imaging working without Nexus any more.

Nexus convinced me from the first moment I played with it. The superb quality of the sounds and the quick access to the "up to date" library make our production life a lot easier.The presets are ready to use, and let us use them with just little but sensible modifications in the way we want. Especially the lead sounds and the bass sound please me a lot, but the pads and choirs are great too. A must have for me!

I've used quite a few reFX things for my latest productions so I always check their site and saw this thing called "NEXUS". It's really amazing because it's so hands on! Most presets are usuable instantly and the editing is simple and effective. It's the most impressive synth I've installed in the last year.

we have access to quite a lot of ReFX synthesizers, Including Slayer and Vanguard, But when we heard about nexus, we just HAD to buy it.there is so much there that can be used to make a a song turn into an ANTHEM.I personally fell in love with the "hardstyle" pack, as there is just so much there.It's good for absolutley anyone, a small producer, or a worldwide producer.It is gods way of saying "make music"

Nexus is simlpy my favourite synth at the moment! The quality is amazing, and it's very easy to edit and create new sounds with it! Very great presets, lot of powerful options, fantastic sounding, a must-have!

In my first debut in trance one of my first synth was all from FL Studio synths I challenge all of the power I got when I was a little, but since then I found reFX and VANGUARDd came to my eyes and listen to the demo, my heart got the beat and my soul come alive with it powerfull emulation of sounds, I though this was the next gen Access Virus then came to this year 2007 the next gen reFX made NEXUS this baby Rocks my heaven to the paradise that you wanned to be, for my reFX has the next gen for what you want on Future sounds.

Nexus has become great tool in our writing process. When I first tried Vanguard I was very impressed and used it on our first CD 'Seclusion'. As soon as Nexus was released I bought it and was not disappointed in the sound quality. At this point my studio is becoming more digital because of products like Nexus and Vanguard. Thanks guys for creating these two great products.

I've tried alot of different synth plug-ins,and nothing compares to Nexus. My whole way of producing has changed dramatically- with the help of Nexus sounds. I've completed some of the best production works that I've ever done. My fellow dj friends think that someone else is producing some of the latest projects that I've completed. All I ask is that REFX doesn't stop any time soon- doing what they do best.

reFX's SLAYER 2 is quite possibly the greatest thing since sliced bread. When I can't play a certain passage or phrase in my music or I want to expand my sound I can always count on SLAYER 2 to save the day and make the already daunting recording process streamlined and saves doing take after take to get a solo just right. The sound emulation is spot on and the quality for the dollar is second-to-none. Thank you guys for making an incredible product!

This synth i simply the most impressive I've heard for a long time. I've always been a hardware-guy, but since the Nexus II came out, I've been using it in all my productions!It's just so easy and allround - you can always find what you're looking for, and it's SO easy to tweak your sounds...! GREAT TOOL!

After using the demo of Vanguard and hearing loads of demo samples from it, I got myself a copy along with some of the Sound Revolution Banks. The quality is next to nothing I've ever heard. The synths & pads I now using is every tracks really make a diffrence to the over all sound. I must use at least 4 diffrent souns from Vanguard per tracks. Next on my list is Nexus which can only aid in the even changing music world.

ALL the REFX products are instantly usable for ANY sub-genre under the dance genre, some can be used in other types of music to! I almost always use a REFX product in every production, no other product line is needed fullstop!

Whenever I am producing artists, using it in our band's songs or doing remixes, Nexus and Vanguard are what I mainly use. They are so easy to use as VSTs, especially with the new Fruity Loops 7. Definitely the best Synth around... Even better than my outboard gear!
